Movement
What can you do to improve your movement every day? There are so many ways to do this –yoga, go for a jog –walk the dog or walk with friends- go to the gym –take the stairs, park the car further away and walk from there.
Sleep
Rest is crucial for your body. What’s your sleep routine? It might sound silly, but if you tired go to be! if possible take naps during the day. Sleep is a priority to maintain a good level of energy.
Play
What brings you joy? Every day find some activity that you enjoy doing. Maximum energy in our lives comes from doing things we enjoy.
Connect
Many studies show that the influence of connection is a key ingredient to longevity. Connecting with other people and sharing your life with others promotes wellbeing. What can you do to connect with others in a meaningful way-singing, walking, group gardening.
Breath
The one thing we can do every day to bring ourselves back into the present is to breathe. The more we live in the present, the more likely we are to experience wellbeing.
